"This store blindsides you on shipping costs. I literally brought in a shipping label that was already paid for, yet I still end up with a cost that wasn’t shared with me during the whole process?! I could’ve just went home and reprinted the label instead of being charged at USPS to print the exact same label that was already paid for IF that information would’ve been shared with me beforehand! Costs should obviously be shared ahead of time from the associate instead of “getting over” on a customer. Spoke with the manager with glasses who could care less and seemed completely uneducated on the store processes. You can always tell when employees are happy at their job vs. the ones who literally show up just to get a check and could care less about their job, the company and the customers who pays them."

I approached the counter and said hey I'm here for a pick up and he asked pick up what..What do you think sir is what I wanted to say...Then I said a package and I understand asking for my ID but then you asked for the telephone as well but didn't do the same the gentleman behind me. Hummm I won't be going back to this one"
