"The staff training of this store is under average. An inexperience staff, he always had hard time to issue a proper receipt like he couldn't print multiple return items on a single receipt and had to scan every item all over again! He recently issued an Amazon return item with an Amazon reference number instead of UPS tracking number?! So, customer had to make a call to Amazon to find out what is status of return and got a UPS tracking number from Amazon, so since this return had a UPS tracking number then why he didn't give me that tracking number?! If I had a UPS tracking number on a receipt, I would track the items status instead of make calls around to UPS and Amazon! In fact, all Amazon returns I had with UPS tracking numbers every time from any UPS stores except this time!"

"So I just came to the store today and I have to say they’re the most unprofessional employees working here. Only one employee was serving customers which he’s always very kind and professional. But when I walk in and he’s taking care of customer while a girl is sitting on the counter and talking with two other employees and I’m standing there with boxes in hand shows how unprofessional they’re to not service me. The one tall kids took care of me as well as other patrons, while his co-workers did nothing. Lazy!!!"
