"I have had very good service here. But it only takes one bad incident to loose trust in the business: bad service and bad information will do it. I went in to change a shipping label that cost me $16 and I was told I will have to pay another $14 unless I return to the original UPS store that sold me the envelop. I also wanted a DMV Titled notarized; after we initiated the process and I had signed the doc, an employee informs the one that was helping me, that the Title was already void since I did not enter my middle name. They suggested to go to the DMV and get a new Title. So I did, and the DMV notarized gladly, two signatures, for $8 without finding fault with the document. This UPS charges $10 per signature and to add insult to injury they gave me bad information that were unwilling to accept and/or admit. Totally unacceptable!!!"
