"Asked to ship 7 lbs of clothing and have them pack it for me too. $100. What? That’s ridiculous. Been shipping from her for decades. Don’t do it. Cost less for them to pack and ship 8 Christmas presents that weight 4x that. New crew is shameless!!! Update: Packed my own 2 boxes, same items, total shipping $47. Much better. I guess the packing materials for clothing and extra shipping was $53. Upgraded to from 1 star to 3 stars."

"Very unfriendly lady at the desk. I was returning an item the vendor stated “just drop off item and it would be boxed and shipped back”. When I dropped off the item the lady stated I would have to buy a box to ship item back in. Decided I could provide my own box and won’t be back after this interaction."

From my first phone call until I picked it up was less than 3 hours, and it was far cheaper than I expected. This store worked a miracle for me, and all associates were polite, efficient and incredibly professional. I am so very impressed!"
