"He has serious health issues and it shows in his work. Don't get me wrong, I heard he was excellent some years ago but with a divorce, failing health and a building literally falling down around him he can not give the quality he once used to. He needs to address his health. I feel badly for him. He gave me an inferior product didn't want to charge me as I provided the materials but I paid him anyway."
