Aslan Mattress

"I purchased an Aslan Extra Firm Mattress in July of 2022. I placed it on a new platform frame with slats that are very closely spaced. As someone with a long history of back injuries and pain, I initially was so relieved with how firm this mattress was. I was so happy to find such a great mattress for such a good deal. I rotated it regularly, even though it says it doesn’t need to be rotated. Unfortunately, less than two years in my mattress is compressed enough that it is causing me to wake up with back pain. The indentations are not the required 1.25” indentation required for the warranty but it is definitely not even any longer. I have not been able to sleep for several weeks due to the unequal, almost lumpy nature of the mattress. I have tried sleeping in various positions and various parts of the bed. I will be replacing it shortly. It’s disappointing because I really thought with all of the rave reviews I would have a different outcome."

"Highly irresponsive customer service. The website claims that the mattress would be shipped in 3-4 days and depending on the location will be delivered by Fedex. It’s been 8-10 days now we haven’t received any confirmation of mattress being shipped. We have been trying to reach the customer service number given for past 3 days and we only got through once in which the agent mentioned he will send us the tracking number in minutes and it’s been more than 26 hours and haven’t received any call back or details."
