"I visited the Brothers Bedding store in Maryville and worked with Trevor on the purchase of my new bed. Trevor was helpful and answered all questions. He was not pushy or overbearing trying to make a sale. He gave us time to ask questions and think about the purchase before moving forward. Once we purchased our new mattress the delivery went smoothly. The automated delivery system texts and tracking where helpful on delivery day so I did not have to sit at home and wait around all day for a delivery. The delivery team took care to protect my home. They explained how to use the new adjustable base. Several of the items on our order where back-ordered. We where kept updated by Trevor on when to expect those items. When the lead time changed from a couple weeks to several months on some pillow, Trevor was able to cancel the order and refund that portion of the purchase. So far the new mattress and base have been great. I am sure if we have problems in the future that we will be able to rely on Brothers to take care of us. I liked buying from a local company and knowing the factory is close by if we have a problem or warranty claim in the future."

"I purchased a Brothers Bedding King size mattress 9 years ago, and it is still going fantastic. Last month, my father moved into town and needed a new mattress for his main bedroom, as well as one for the guest room. I suggested Brothers since we had a great experience the last time we went, and this time was no different. Derrick did a fantastic job helping my father get the perfect mattress for his needs. He also suggested adding some firmness around the outside edge of the mattress to make it easier for my dad to get in and out of bed (he is 75 with some back issues).
