"IMPORTANT EDIT: The owner of this establishment left a false, retaliatory review for my business, though he's never once been there, abusing the Google review process. Talk about shady, wow. Then he says "remove your review and I will remove mine." Blackmail! Gross. Who acts like this? How juvenile can an adult act? I present to you, this guy. That's not how reviews work. You improve your customer service, I improve my review. That's how grownups act. Additionally, he's telling me in his response that 1. I've never paid to ship a package there (wrong, I've been going there for many years, more than a decade) 2. The money he gets for my packages doesn't cover the pens, candy and tape he gives away? First, if I bring you 30 packages, that's $22 a week. 52 weeks per year, that's over $1000 I give you, if all I ever do is drop off packages. If you're spending that much on pens and candy, you're not terribly smart. Second, I'm not the one using any of those things, your responses keep getting worse. Quit while you're ahead, you have lost your mind. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bring this guy a LOT of packages, off and on. Today for example about 30. All he's got to do is scan them in and he gets .75 a piece for this difficult task. This guy has the gall to complain that my packages are "difficult to scan," and by this he means it might take him an extra tenth of a second. Most of these were for UPS, one was for USPS. It says very clearly on the door that he accepts USPS packages. He literally chased me down in the parking lot to give me back this one USPS package, explaining that he does not take them, because he cannot scan them in. What do I care if it's scanned by you? The USPS employee will do that when she picks it up from you, and you know this. He says he won't take the advertisement for USPS off his window because that is actually for shipping USPS, not drop off, so I am guessing he means when he sells someone a label and gets a cut $. Is that right? So I bring you on average 30-50 UPS packages a week, but you can't be bothered to have my one little USPS package cluttering up your store because you don't get paid for that single package? I get it, you seem to be on the spectrum, and for people like that, human interaction can be difficult, and so if that is the case, just don't talk. I tried to get in and out of there today without a word from you, because everytime you say anything it's weird, and just when I thought I'd done that, here you come out to my car to refuse the ONE package that was not UPS, in spite of your door clearly saying that you deal with USPS, and YOU'RE A PACKING AND SHIPPING STORE!"
