"My son has been a patient for about 14 months. Everything is going smoothly with his braces so far. It’s our only orthodontic experience, and so I can’t compare care to other practices, but so far we are pleased with his care. What has been extraordinary with our experience is the patience and skill demonstrated by the schedulers. My son attends school near one office and we live near another. They have been very accommodating in scheduling multiple offices. We also had to schedule to remove and replace brackets for a cavity to be filled and the scheduling efforts to make that happen were better than I’ve seen in any medical office. Im sure all of their patients and their parents have crazy schedules but they always find something that works for us. With the number of appointments required, scheduling really is a huge part of this process."
