"I was unfairly dismissed all because my transportation got canceled at the last minute by Modive care transportation. I had explained my situation and Cathy and Jennifer the office manager did care about my situation they even wanted me to travel on ice to get an appointment. I ask the office manager Jennifer to reconsider she told me she would get back to me the next day but call straight back not even 5 minutes after phone call. She didn't even talk to Dr. Steinbecker. Their appointment policy sucks and Cathy and the other ladies are rude. I wouldn't recommend them or him at all. They don't care if you have a car or not."
