"I agree with Leslie, customer service just isn’t good here, I keep trying to give this store a chance but it’s disappointing every time. How do u greet two people that come in the door before me but look me in the face and say nothing? Kirklands is not top of the line first if all, so to think you work for some upscale store and can select who you greet is beyond me..Bristol store at the pinnacle is more pleasant.. so it’s worth the drive from JC to go over there and feel welcomed."
