"Well my package was sent and delivered on Tuesday the 7 th and it was sent to wrong address I walked up to the house above me and went to knock on there door today and it was laying on there porch. And today is thee 25."

"FIRST of all... ALL these people complaining about the employee not wearing his mask as an offense to them.. GEEZ, get a life... as long as YOU have your mask on, you are protected!! Unfortunately, the employee who doesn't wear a mask is unprotected.. his loss, NOT yours!! Not once, since I've been a customer in this store have I had an issue with Customer Service, everyone is personable and very helpful!"

"I was shipping items back from Amazon that needed to be returned. Upon entering the store , I noticed the UPS gentleman was very rude to another customer.The lady left very upset. My turn was next needed a little help with label. The gentleman proceeded to tell me that I needed to have things done before entering store. Honestly it took him 2 seconds to show me. As I was leaving other customers were looking also. I ask the gentleman if he was always rude to his customers. His reply was I expect people to follow directions. I ask 2 people in the store if they thought he was rude and they immediately said yes. I hope you fix your Customer Service"

"Great place to ship packages. Staff has always been helpful and mostly friendly. But I never have had an issue shipping anything with them. Great alternative to going to the UPS customer counter."

"Can't help with tracking packages and when I asked for another number for a local location I was given an 888 number. That's completely worthless, it's a automated line that says it can't reach any representatives. EDIT: UPS online and the app isn't helping. It said their having security reasons for not delivering my package I suppose to got a week ago 2 day air. I want all through the app and they didn't try to redeliver. I can't get ahold of an actual person. And the person at this location said they couldn't help me because I didn't personally come in and ship my package there. But my package is coming from UPS. Wouldn't give me any answers just a 888# when I asked for a local one. That number goes to an automated system that says it can't connect me to a representative."
