"Called and asked if they had any boxes in stock of a specific dimension and get told yes. Drive the 15 minutes out of my way to go buy it and they claim none in stock. When I say I literally got off the phone exactly 13 minutes ago and was told they did, the employees just stood there and stared at each other. How can a business be run so incompetently that the employees can’t even tell you whether they have a product in stock or not? And here I was thinking the post office was bad… just embarrassing."
