"Dropped 62 Thunderbird seats at Quality Upholstrey in Jan 2018 and paid deposit of $50 for recovering all the seats. I made a trip in July to check on them and found them stored outside under a carport. I said I was going to take the seats back because I didn't want them stored outside and the owner begged me to leave them there and he would have them done in 3 weeks. I never heard back from him and in Jan 2019 I went to his shop and found the rear seats still under the carport and the fronts inside, I took them back and asked for a refund for the deposit. Owner said he had to see about returning the material he purchased for the job before refunding the deposit. No refund yet. He had done a couple of jobs for me in the past but never pulled the BS that happened with this job."

"Owner is super nice and very good at what he does. I had all the seat cushions on the pontoon boat repaired after the seams separated from cheap thread. Ronald used a Sunbrella thread and the repairs are nearly invisible. He also fabricated a new Sunbrella Bimini top for me and it fits perfectly with no sags. Highly-qualified at dealing with vinyls and outdoor fabrics. The shop stays very busy, so some delays are to be expected. I strongly recommend this shop."

"First time I used them was for a small patch and the job was ok... Had no complaints. This last time I had them reconstruct my Chevrolet's​ entire power driver seat and dye the passenger side to match. The driver seat is awfully stiff and uncomfortable and my driver's armrest is 1.5 times the size of the Passengers​ side armrest so it has to be forced in the up position, he said was nothing could be done and started cursing and raising cane because I mentioned it."
