"Would not recommend at all. Guy at the store was very hateful and overall just acted like he hated life. I would avoid this place like the plague. Also if your hours state that you are open until 5:30pm, don’t pitch a fit when I arrive at 5:15pm with a package ready to be shipped. Some people really should not have a customer service job."

"Oh, my goodness I cannot say enough great things about this business. I was in Asheville over the weekend and forgot all of my clothes in my closet and the hotel used them for shipping. I received only a fraction of my clothes and called to let them know and they immediately were on it! The other package ended up coming today but before I could even call to let them know the owner was at the hotel checking with them. This type of customer service is so hard to find now days and I could not be happier with them. Highly recommend!"
