"Absolutely terrible. Profit and Loss statements are incorrect, taxes were filed incorrectly. Multiple times my profit and losses had errors, they also addressed them to a John Hoffman (not my name). Some of my profit and losses were off anywhere from $100-$1000. When confronted with the issues I was informed they had missed a decimal. With bookkeeping and taxes people cannot afford to have a missing decimal. When this company did my taxes last year, they once again messed up and now I have to have a new accountant go through everything. These were not just a few small mistakes. These were huge mistakes that now I have to pay for this coming up tax year."

"Had a appointment set for 2 pm. Had my hubby call a hour before to make shur we had everything. They knew our appointment was at 2. We put the GPS in said arriving at 1 59 and there store closed at 2. We thought huh guess they just gonna help us and leave. Not to mention we have a Infant and a toddler and drove an hour and half away from knox just to get it done there. Arrived at the front door at 2:03 pm. Doors locked. We called atleast 20 x no answer. Very very upset! They knew a hour before we got there we was coming!!!"
