"Location was great but…..no AC upstairs, beds were far from comfortable and the pillows were horrible. Holes in the floor upstairs, spider in the shower. Wasn’t the best place to stay. We made do but won’t return!"
"I chose this location because it was listed on the local ski resort's page of partner lodging. We arrived and the lady at the office was smoking in the office, which I didn't think much about at the time, other than it was frustrating to have to be around the smoke as a non-smoker. On my second visit to the office, I realized this was also the location where the washers and dryers were, so all the linen and towels were constantly around this secondhand smoke and carried that smell into the rooms. We had 7 people in a 3 bed room cabin, and we all were awake early (around 1:30 am) because no one could sleep well on the beds. That and one of us woke up feeling something staining one of the blankets, upon further reflection it appeared to be dried vomit (at least we hope that is what it was compared to other possibilities). Bottom line, other than some places I slept in while deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan, this was likely the worst place I've stayed. And I paid to do it!!"
"We took our two grandkids our 5 yr old granddaughter an 8 year old grandson in March 2022 for their spring break and they had a blast!! We absolutely enjoyed the ducks in the pond!! It was so peaceful and relaxing! We were so lucky to see snow when we first got there and the grandkids were overjoyed with excitement!! Beautiful quiet little town! We did skiing which was very close by and the gem mining right up the road as well!! The manager Sonya was very accommodating and even asked the children if they were enjoying themselves as we were walking around the pond and my grandson and her had quite the conversation about the ducks and the geese lol! We even got to see elk one evening walk rght by our cabin!! It was awesome!! We hope to go back next year same time frame!!"
"We contacted this resort after the owner of another resort told us about it. we booked two cabins and once we arrived, we felt the cabins were in a great location, also the little pond behind the cabins was nice. The check in process was quick, but the smell of nicotine in the office was overwhelming. we were given linens to use in our cabins but they smelled of strong cigarette smoke, since they were kept in a closet in the main office. also the kitchen in each cabin was lacking basic essentials, spoons, forks, plates and cooking utensils. Although we enjoyed the trip, we felt like the owner/operator needs to improve the conditions and update some of the basics in the cabins. I would not want to rent from them again."
"Clean quiet little place. Just needs updated. The beds, furniture wasn't comfortable at all. Kitchen needs to be fully furnished. We was on a little getaway but still like to cook. The pots and pans was old and everything wanted to stick. We made it work. The people was nice. But for the money we paid it should be a comfortable place to lay your head and chill on a couch."
