"I purchased a used 2022 Audi from the dealership in Raleigh, NC on 10/24/23 and 2+ monthes later I still DON'T have the title, registration or license plates yet! The entire buying process has been one delay after another. Not a good car buying experience."
"Purchased a vehicle here for my wife. Once we drove home we realized some issues with the vehicle. We were assured that the vehicle had gone through extensive inspection and had been well taken care of. After over $2,000 in repairs our check engine light still comes on. Thankfully we have a mechanic we trust as I’m sure the same repairs would have been over $4,000 at the BMW dealer. Emailed them about our expensive repairs but didn’t hear back from anyone. Gave them over a month to respond back and we are left with a broken car still and over $2,000 gone from our savings!"
"I do love my car but the buying experience was very difficult to say the least. The whole process took me from 10 am to 7 pm to complete but the worst part was that I never received my plates after many phone calls not being returned by Brandon the person who was supposed to be in charge of mailing my plates to me I had to go to my local DMV to pay again for a new set of plates before my 30 day tags expired. I can say a very nice young lady did finally return my phone call to tell me my tags must have been lost in the mail no effort on anyones’ part to apologize for the inconvenience let alone reimburse me for the new set of tags I had to buy. I feel like a very under appreciated customer and will definitely NOT buy another car from this dealership"
"I wanted to wait a few months to leave a review for this dealership. I had my truck since August 2023. It's a very capable truck, but it has had some minor problems. This dealer has worked to fix my issue. My salesman Ricky Alston was great. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have chosen Leith Nissan. Overall, I am still waiting on getting my oil changed in January and will circle back with an update. Overall, my truck handles great and the 3.8 Liter V6 has a good amount of power. Only complaint is a minor vibration when stopped at a traffic light. Doesn't do it while driving. Thank you."
"Five stars to David Malette at Leith BMW!! He knew I wanted to trade in my 2020 X4 for a very hard to get 2023 i4 M50 and made it happen! I love my new car and very much appreciated the time he spent with my husband and I. Excellent Customer Service!!!"
