"My husband and I enjoyed a nice little weekend getaway, to escape the hustle and bustle. We stayed in the Country Romance cabin. Such a beautiful and clean cabin. Reasonably priced. Very quiet at the end of the road and easily accessible. We thoroughly enjoyed our time away but wished we could have stayed longer. We would definitely book again."

"We stayed in robins roost. The blender did not work. The stove really needs upgrade. Also the grill is in need of replacement. Porch needed sweeping. Bedroom closet needs oiling or something it made a terrible sound. But the location was great beds nice. And the rest was pretty nice. Would stay again but not until cabin gets an update. Location was great."

"Was excited to stay in cabin with the family 4 bedroom cabin that claim to sleep 11. 9 of us to be exact were staying. Great communication at beginning and easy to book. Great app for managing your needs. Poorly People managed properties. They rely on the app to do everything. If you have a problem good luck getting in touch with any body to help out with your problems. The maintenance men care more about you than the property management. I will follow with a quick breakdown of the problem. Arrived 5:30pm to a cabin with no Running water. Office didn’t answer numerous calls and didn’t call back. Got in touch with maintenance and he said 3 cabins have been without for the day and a water truck was supposed to fill tanks with fresh water. That never happened. Maintenance said that water truck was on the way. Got back to cabin around 9:30 expecting water to be running, still nothing. Started another round of calls. Even spoke to the other 2 cabins who said that they have been without water for days. Even saw what looked like a portable five gallon bucket for using the restroom out side. Maintenance was working on a solution to possibly give refund, another location, and even over heard water may not be delivered for days. Needless to say we had to scrabble for last min accommodations of our own at local hotels. We even had to book for 3 days because the customer service is so poor we could not get any reassurance that the cabin was up to code and live-able quarters after that day. Currently the credit card company is fighting the property property management group because they refused to refund our $1400.00 for 3 nights."

"Great company . Easy to deal , I handle everything online . The cabin ( house of the rising sun ) was great for a family of 4 . Very convenient With a full bath in every level Washer and dryer was a plus. The cabin was very clean . Murphy bed and downstairs room are really comfy."

"We just came back from staying at Big Bear Lodge! We had an AMAZING time! The cabin was fully stocked, we LOVED having two coffee pots! The cabin was clean and had all the amenities! The staff was amazing, willing to answer all my questions! The fireplace was great, the pool table was fun along with the theatre room was ideal!!!! When we booked, we paid the pet deposit! I called the day we were leaving to make sure all was set! Shelby was great and even made sure I knew I could bring my other dog (the boarding fell through). Because I am a responsible pet owner, I would not bring my other dog as she is a pup and would tear things up! I appreciated her trying to alleviate my worries by offering to allow my other dog to come! I am a review person! I have to say, I was slightly nervous, BUT....ACORN RIDGE CABIN RENTALS were AMAZING and Big Bear Lodge was a phenomenal place to stay!!! We are already looking at dates for 2019 and will be booking with them!!!! 5 star for sure!!!!!!"
