"This was our first trip to North Carolina mountains. We found the Watershed cabins on line. We picked out a small two bedroom cabin that was just right for my wife and I. The reservation process was very easy and the ladies who handled the reservations were great. They explained what to expect once we arrived and gave us some ideas of what to do. They also advised me to bring a fishing rod. The directions to the cabin were spot on. The cabin was clean and we had no problems with any of the features of the cabin. The area is absolutely beautiful. If you do go plan on some waits at the restaurants. If you want to go to Cade’s Cove plan on setting aside a entire day. I promise you will love the area, love the cabins and love the cabin management."

"I came to write this review to brag on Watershed Cabins & Elizabeth. I rented a cabin for a birthday weekend getaway, upon confirming, I had personal complications with payment. I was immediately contacted by the office to revise payment, through my work schedule & a holiday weekend, the staff remained patient and responsive with me. While sorting through payment complications, they staff was able to hold the unit on my behalf until everything was able to process. This meant so much to me in a time of stress. When arriving, I was told there would be complication with one of our amenities. I was disappointed in the news but the staff was still polite, patient, and responsive. Our cabin was clean, plenty of towels, easy check in, etc. The Tree Top Getaway felt like immediate relaxation, even in the driveway with that amazing view. I never once felt as if I was being avoided or put on the back burner. Elizabeth & her team have been kind from beginning to end. They have a text line that they answer to right away, even the dumb questions after check out (haha maybe thats just me). I would recommend watershed cabins to anyone, I truly felt at home."

"Had a wonderful experience with this company but the cabin we rented could have used a litte more cleaning. The outdoor furniture was rotted, the hottub was dirty (lots of foam from the ph being off) and the view was obstructed by trees so that was a little disappointing but the time we spent in bryson city was great! I would rent from this company again but a different cabin."

"Trestle ridge cabin was gorgeous and had so many amazing amenities that we got to enjoy, including a full game room and hot tub! Amazing view and close to so many great activities in Bryson city. Will definitely be staying again!"

"My husband and I went for our 10th wedding anniversary and we had a wonderful stay at Nanthala gorgeous. The cabin kitchen was well stocked as well as for towels, wash cloths and toilet paper. The bed was soooo comfortable that it was hard to get out of in the mornings. Also the hot tub was clean, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The only thing we didn't like is that we didn't book it for more time. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and we're already making plans for the next stay!"
