"This place has had terrible customer service for years. Brian was very rude and dismissive to me on the phone and acted as if he was above working on my vehicle. I realized they would not take me seriously on the phone, so I showed up to make an appointment where I was greeted by his lovely wife but then treated like human garbage by him. He also pretends business is booming and his schedule is full, when really he just overcharges and is an extremely slow worker. I saw two vehicles in the bays when apparently he was booked weeks out."
