"I cannot express enough gratitude for Arthur at Euro Repair. Not only did he provide impeccable service for my CLK, but he also showcased the utmost integrity throughout the repair process. When two different Mercedes dealerships either refused to fix my nearly 20-year-old car or quoted me exorbitant prices, Arthur stepped in and saved the day. Arthur has proven himself to be dedicated, trustworthy, and kind-hearted. Plus, his sense of humor adds a light-hearted touch to the process. His communication skills are exceptional as well; he kept me informed at every stage, ensuring I was never left wondering about the status of my car. Additionally, his rates are reasonable and justified for the quality of work he delivers. I wholeheartedly recommend Arthur for anyone in need of reliable car service. His work speaks for itself, and his character sets him apart in the industry. If you value honesty, integrity, and high-quality service, Arthur at Euro Repair is your go-to."
"Arthur is a great mechanic: experienced and realistic about costs and what he's able to do within budget. Doesn't try to sneak in extra work to make himself money or give bad advice."
"Took my BMW for an Oil Change. The service was amazing. Best Auto Customer Service. He worked me in even though he already had 6 cars . Will ONLY be taking my car to him from now on. Very honest and fair prices."
"Arthur, you are the man! My wife had a 'check engine' light come on in her Mercedes. You diagnosed it as an emissions sensor issue. Not an emissions issue, just a sensor issue. It would be expensive - several thousand dollars - to fix because of the location of the sensor. But it would also be unnecessary to fix. Not a safety issue. Not a drivability issue. You ran it through the diagnostics. Test drove the car for miles to make sure nothing else was showing up. And you did not charge her a penny. You turned the check engine light off with your equipment, but told us to expect to come on and off again. The sensor wasn't fixed, but it could be ignored. Just watch for other issues that affect drivability and can be detected by the driver. You told us, though, that it would not pass inspection in North Carolina next time the license plate needed to be renewed. Fortunately, we live in South Carolina. You love your work, and you love your customers! You remembered me even though we only chatted once or twice when I brought bicycles in for your son to work on, maybe two years ago. (Sadly, he has moved on and no longer works on bikes). You remembered that I do the fist bump, and don't shake hands. When I tell you I wish you could work on my old Toyota RAV4, you explain why you can't because of the special tools needed ☹️. It hurt you to disappoint a potential customer. Okay, Arthur, get back to work!"
"Excellent service, their knowledge and experience on German luxury cars is very good. They care for their customers. If you have a BMW, Mercedes, Porsche or Audi, this is a great alternative shop. They've repaired 2 BMWs for me. Very satisfied with the results."
