"I called around for 2 days trying to get a notary in Titusville or Mims. Some people didn’t return my calls, some booked out, some did not notarize that type and of document. Then I called The Mail Center and was greeted with polite, professional and efficient service. Laura went out of her way to be accommodating for us. The strip mall is clean and elegantly decorated and so is the inside of the store. All stars from us!"

"Postal rate was $22.17 Mail Center charged $64.11 and no line item receipt. Mail Center $41.94 overcharge. Delivery was guaranteed Thursday Jan 18 by 6 pm. Package delivered Tuesday Jan 23. Mail center added on Signature required which was not requested. Owner / manager of Mail Center would not make good the difference or refund. USPS good only for a runaround after they clearly told me a total refund would be issued. Each time I went in they gave me conflicting stories and Mail Center personnel were basically useless. They say if you give them a good review you get a free soda. My advise - don’t use the Mail Center for anything. The response from the owner following totally misrepresents many of the facts. God’s providence / “Karma” will get them I’m confident."

He was personable and professional. 0 stars for the pricing (over double than UPS Store on Hwy 50) and for the second guy who stepped in, rushed me to pay without answering my questions, and made excuses for being so far overpriced. Next time I need a package shipped I'll be going to a different store."
