"I have used the services of Goin' Postal off King for years and have always been satisfied. Their staff is always friendly and very helpful in explaining the different shipping options, pricing, and expected times. In addition to their shipping services, I've enjoyed using their mailbox rental services (because they'll hold larger packages that the post office won't), printing services, and have also bought a few of the printed t-shirts and tote bags that they offer in-store. The level of service you'll get with Goin' Postal is 10x that of our local post office. Most of the negative reviews/comments I've seen posted about this place were no fault of the business or its employees, but rather the fault of the customer, their inability to differentiate between Goin' Postal and a UPS Store, and/or the customer being upset that the store owner does not tolerate customers mistreating her staff. I love that she sticks up for them the way that she does and appreciate that she shares the videos of rude customers to show the other/true side of the story!"
