My mini van started sliding off the road going down Beech during this past week's snow storm and he not only installed snow chains in a timely manner, but also drove it to a safer location when I didn't feel comfortable doing so. Thank you guys so much!!!"

"Not only did they damage my car further, but the owner first lied about even having attempted to move it until I told him there was video, then he admitted his employee did try to DRIVE it backwards on broken ball joints but said that didn't cause damage until I told him I had pictures of the damage. Then he said well that's just silly plastic (the wheels fell off into the fender & it began pouring radiator fluid) and I said what about the radiator fluid and he said we couldn't prove it was radiator fluid. He then began to yell at me and when I asked him not to raise his voice at me he hung up. I called back to find out where his driver put the keys and if they were refunding the tow fee and paying for damages but they wouldn't answer my calls so my daughter called and had the same experience and it took threatening to call the police to find out where my keys were!" ------------------------------------------------------------------------- I was beside Cat when she called. She was polite, called, asked to speak to one in charge, explained that her mom was in tears and about to have a seizure and simply asked about the keys and poor treatment. She got hung up on and told no one treated anyone poorly. She called back and left a voicemail asking for the keys and giving 24 hours before police would be involved and it would be reported as a theft. Very kind, very punctual and firm. She tried to call a few more times, but no one answered. So I passed her my phone. They picked up, said they key was on the driver side floor, and had been from the start. (It was not, we had checked and have photos. Until suddenly after this call it was.) -------------------------------------------------------------------------- As for the car, well. What STARTED as a simple ball bearing popping out while Cat picked up medications for the house, has turned into a Tire rolled into the fender, and Radiator fluid everywhere so probable radiator damage."

They are honest, thorough, professionals, and quick when you really need them. I trust them implicitly. If winter is approaching, let them cuson fit your chains as well!"

"We were broken down in one of the worst possible places-- Highway 194 about 3/4 of the way up the mountain, late at night. These guys returned our call within 15 minutes, immediately dispatched someone, and we had help within another 15 minutes. Truly fantastic. They were very kind and professional. [Note: The famous roadside service company that I subscribe to (you know who I mean) was completely useless and didn't return a call until 8 hours later!!] Thank God for High South!! They really came through for us!"
