Chalet at the Beech Mountain Vacation Rental

"We had an amazing stay. It's a beautiful property with ample accommodations. Just needs a little maintenance, especially with summer coming on. Well-equipped to handle 15+ people. I was surprised that several things were broken: Wifi in lower cottage didn't work, metal fire pit had 2 bent feet. Dirty grills, dirty cushions for the downstairs patio sectional, 1 missing gray cornhole bag, worn button panel on hot tub, steps to the lower fire pit needed gravel cause they were sunken. Broken door handle on downstairs cabin. Door pistons need replacing/adjusting. Found the xbox upside down and hot, which isn't exactly the owner's fault, since they probably don't personally check all their properties after each booking. Roof not looking so good, but no leaks or problems at all. Plenty of firewood provided. But I'd recommend they have someone check the electronics and not just tidy up the beds and clean up. I didn't make the reservation or else I'd have provided feedback myself. Cozy atmosphere and beautiful location. Creek in back, ample seating by fire. Very relaxing trip for us. Lots to do, most attractions are 20 minutes away. Trails for walking behind the property. Ample parking."
