"The owner Dewey is horribly rude! I wish I'd have read these reviews beforehand. I am new to this sport and came in for assistance and to learn. No where on line could I find their return policy. I spent $150 and the racket didn't even leave the store and nothing was done and I returned 2 hours later and decided against it and instead of giving me back my money he was EXTREMELY RUDE and said that's fine, you can have it in a store credit. I said I just purchased this 2 hours ago and it hasn't left the store?!! He said I spent an hour and a half with you helping you and you spent our time....what?!!! This guy is off his rocker. NEVER AGAIN. It's a shame because I want to support small businesses but he is the reason it will fail. There is no "love" here at all for his customers."

"Went the very first time yesterday looking for a tennis skirt and the older man sitting in a chair started talking to me about tennis shoes after he pointed out where all the clothing items were. New to the sport, I listened to his advice and realized I needed true tennis shoes too. As the visit went on he was curt and condescending. He kept repeating himself and gruff at any comments I made. I am shocked that he thinks that type of behavior is okay to treat a new customer. They may have great products, but to tolerate this guy (owner?) is not worth it. I'll never be back. Whoever is running this place, get this guy outta there. He's ruining the business."

"Awful customer service and ownership. Avoid this store completely, they no longer value the customer just the money they scam you out of. We have been loyal customers to this store for years on end purchasing shoes, apparel, rackets, restringing, etc.. Recently purchased a pair of shoes that were “fitted just right”, while the owner causally laid back while I tried on shoes, so tried them on with appropriate socks, walked on the court without playing and immediately knew they were not right for me. Called to see what we could do and the owner refused to help out with any sort of return or exchange for the shoe. Got an attitude about what he was supposed to do with a used shoe and didn’t want to help provide any solution. Told me at the end of the conversation he was not concerned with losing my business because he had plenty of it."
