"Love the Wake Forest location. The new Personal Trainer Nick is great. He is knowledgeable of the equipment, great in the classes and works with each person based on their fitness levels. He makes the classes fun! The staff there is professional and the gym is always clean."

"The areas are kept clean, the equipment is in good condition, the employees are pretty polite, the only downside is that it get really busy here on weekdays after 3 and 5 when school gets out and once work is out is the busiest so waiting for machines can get kind of frustrating. The crowd meter can give you a heads up but it doesn't help with the length of time waiting for things you need for your workout."
