As Raleigh's only Megaformer and Cardio Trampoline Studio, we offer bold and transformative workouts that are both MEGA-effective and MEGA-fun. At Mega, we specialize in high-intensity, low-impact workouts that focus on building strength, muscle endurance, and a super strong core. Our Lagree Method workouts incorporate time under tension to engage slow twitch fibers for long, lean muscles. Additionally, our Cardio Trampoline classes provide a fun and addictive way to get your cardio in while sculpting your entire body.
In addition to our signature Megaformer and Tramp Cardio classes, we also offer Mega Mat classes that combine classical mat Pilates with a unique Mega spin. These classes focus on core strength, spinal mobility, flexibility, and extension work to leave you feeling strong, connected, and ready to tackle your day.

"I have been coming to Mega for about a year and a half and it remains my favorite exercise studio in Raleigh! I used to switch up studios pretty frequently because I would get bored of doing the same thing, but Mega's variety of classes always keeps it interesting! Whether you're in the mood for cardio or toning (or both with the half-and-half classes), there is always something available. The instructions are excellent and it's such an inviting, fun and encouraging atmosphere! Plus, the studio is always impeccably clean. Definitely give it a try!"
