"I highly recommend Carolina Core! I've had a hard time finding exercise I enjoy enough to stick with, but I started group classes here a year and half ago, and I've really enjoyed it. They're welcoming for newcomers, and also have a great community of folks who are super experienced. The classes are small, 4-5 max, and include a wide range of equipment and movement. The instructors are accommodating to different bodies and needs, and they all have different styles, but are all really knowledgable. If you're interested in pilates and are in the Carrboro/Chapel Hill area, you should definitely check them out!"

"I took a trial class at this studio. The instructor was very precise and knowledgeable. The studio is fully equipped with reformers, chair, Cadillac and barrel. I love the small size of classes - maximum of 4 people per class. The only reason I decided not to sign up with this studio was the limited number of classes, probably affected by the pandemic. If there are more classes available in the future I would absolutely join. Would recommend especially for students who need individual attention and beginners."
