"CFCH was the first box I ever visited and I'm so glad I did. I had been curious about Crossfit but a lot of the things I had heard sounded intimidating. The coaches and members at CFCH are just some of the best folks I've met in the area. The leadership is knowledgeable and welcoming. I love just showing up and it's like this is what we are doing today. I may not like it or be any good at it. But I get a solid workout and the coaches provide a range of options and accommodations so each athlete can build up their skills. "This is a great gym with a true sense of community. There is a good mix of hardcore athletes, college kids, older athletes, and plenty of people just getting started with lifting. The coaches do a good job of adjusting the workouts to your level of fitness. Each class works out together which is super motivating compared to big box gyms. Give it a try!"
"The programming at CrossFit Chapel Hill is amazing! Most workouts include a strength portion and a conditioning portion, so you're left feeling sufficiently gassed and ready to attack the day. The workouts also build on each other over a period of a few weeks, so if you're a regular member, you can see the progression. But even if you're dropping in, you're still going to get a solid workout in. I've been with CrossFit Chapel Hill for a little over 3 years now and so enjoy the community that I've developed. And that says a lot, because I'm usually at the 6am class half awake. I have grown from the instruction of all the coaches and really enjoyed the relationships that I've developed with them. The owners, Morgan and Mike, are so great and I'm thankful to call them friends."
