"Be careful before signing a contract with Karate Charlotte. When my son had to leave the program unexpectedly, after no one from the studio called to check on him. In several years of trying to resolve the outstanding "balance" we paid up front - we have repeatedly been rudely spoken to by Mr. Striker. In addition to refusing to acknowledge that no one reached out to us when my son left, Mr. Striker and continues to insult my family's integrity and our parenting. Whether or the studio agrees that money is owed in refund, no one has the right to be rude on the phone to myself and question our moral standard."
