About the Business
South Wake Sports Academy, located in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina, is Southern Wake County's premier indoor training facility. Owned and operated by three local families, our mission is to create a safe and positive environment for athletes to develop their skills both on and off the field. Our experienced coaches and trainers offer training programs for a variety of sports and teams, with over 30 years of combined experience. Our facility features over 20,000 sq ft of climate-controlled space, including state-of-the-art retractable batting cages, a full court for volleyball and basketball, and a turf area for soccer, football, lacrosse, and speed/agility training. Members have access to additional amenities in our 5,000 sq ft Members-Only Area, including more batting cages, a half-court for pickleball and basketball, and weight training equipment. We are dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our members, whether they are seasoned athletes or just starting out. With a variety of training programs and expert coaches, South Wake Sports Academy is the top choice for sports enthusiasts in the area.

Right now it is baseball season and my son is able to come here and work with a coach, ( coach zach) to improve his skills. Coach Zach is a great coach, he breaks it down to the kids to help them understand and improve. He immediately sees where they are having an issue. My son has improved so much, and looks up to him."
"Used hit and run for my son's 10th birthday party. Great set up, owners are relaxed. No a/c but fans everywhere and a great place to have 15 boys run around for 2 hours. My husband operated the pitching machine, had another batting cage, and the boys ran around the basketball court too. Highly recommended for an affordable, sport themed indoor birthday party!"
