We offer carefully-crafted levels of member experience, including Trainer-Led circuit hours where you'll be guided by Champion Trainers through kickboxing and boxing combinations.
First-time visitors and local residents can enjoy an introductory session with one of our Kickboxing Instructors with no obligations. We also offer an extended 2-week introductory package that includes unlimited workouts and a pair of hand wraps.

However, I realize that everyone starts and ends the workout at their own pace! The trainer gives me the extra push I need compared to when I work out alone. "I'll preface this review by saying, that I don't think of myself of someone who enjoys working out and getting sweaty. As an adult, I've had times where I would consistently go to the gym and then periods of my life where I might make it there once a month. So, when I joined 9Round, I was really going as a bit of an experiment - I kept my other gym membership and decided I'd give myself 3 months to see how I felt about it. Eleven months later, I can say with complete honesty - I love 9Round. I look forward to going (5 days a week!) and always feel good after my 30 minute workout. I've dropped my other gym membership and plan on sticking with 9Round. So, what makes 9Round stand out for me? 1. 9Round is an intense 30-minute workout that goes by really quickly! You spend 3 minutes at each station and 30 seconds between stations doing different exercises (punches, kicks, core work, arm/leg work). The trainers stop by each station and show you what to do - they make it very novice-friendly. 2. The trainers are super-friendly, encouraging and helpful. The first time I went, I was intimidated to try something new. The trainers help you at each station - there's no judgment, they seem to genuinely like being there and helping the clients. 3. You get to punch and kick things! And, you learn how to do it with good form. 4. There are no set times - you walk in and start when the next rounds begins (every 3.5 minutes). One caveat - if it's very busy, you may have to wait to begin. This hasn't happened when I go, but I can see how it might during peak busy times. If you are concerned, visit the gym a few times during the times you would go most often to get a feel for it."
"This 9Round rocks! Amy and her team are great...helpful, deviously (funnily) encouraging, fun. The model rocks. I love being able to go when it works for MY schedule and not being held to someone else's class time. I love the short duration of the workout, which always leaves me pouring sweat and just sore enough to know that I've gotten in a solidly good round! After 5 weeks, going 3 times/week, I am absolutely seeing a difference. So happy this 9Round came into being!"
