"I've done all types of workouts and played sports all my life. SPENGA is a unique new workout concept that I haven't done before where you do 20 minutes of spinning interval cardio workout (SP=Spin), followed by 20 minutes of strength (EN = Strength) based movements and then finishing with 20 minutes of Yoga (GA = Yoga) allowing you to stretch out all the muscles while you are still warm (SP+EN+GA). The workout just makes sense all wrapped in a 1 hour session and leaves you feeling accomplished and refreshed. It is low impact so kind on the body, they offer lots of modifications for all different fitness levels and held in a warm and inviting environment. My husband, myself and out teen daughter all workout at SPENGA so it is designed for all."

I also love the combination of 20-20-20 bike-strength-yoga because it accomplishes all my fitness goals in one class.
