There are classes with boys and girls mixed, or women only and men only classes. They also have different skill level classes if you prefer a more focused class. General classes are mixed with different levels of skill sets but you all focus on the same skills together, which helps them learn at an advanced pace. Every class is different in focus, learning new skills and building off of previous ones. You can start at ANY time and jump right in. Fitness level is not an issue! This has built confidence and joy in our family, and we feel like part of the jiu-jitsu family now, too!"
