"I had never lifted a weight before I started training at RKM and I was extremely nervous. Mike being the professional he is was able to quickly put me at ease. He explains things completely and breaks them down into easily understandable points. He challenges you, and pushes you but never more than you can handle. He listens and adjusts workouts accordingly. He is a great conversationalist and even has a joke or two. Mike is over all a great personal trainer, never judgmental and always 100% in it."
