"Randy promptly repaired my paddle where I cracked a fin. He offered to do this and did not pressure me to buy a new paddle, which I respected. This is the only place I know that would actually repair a paddle that I cracked. Cannot get that service on Amazon. I was surprised at the extensive inventory he has in his bricks and mortar store here in Shallotte. He has great knowledge and educates me at my level. Joseph"

"I would not give any business to this guy, he is condescending, negative and just not someone I feel uncomfortable dealing with. I called this morning with cash in hand and told him I was ready to buy a 136-auto pilot. I was ready to wait as I was sure it had to be ordered. If he would listen to the customer, he would have had a sale. I had brain stem surgery and I want what I want! Randy if I want a motor then I want a motor, don't tell me otherwise. I just went to Hobie and purchased a Lynx completely set up for fishing with a Bixby Jet motor and Micro Pole. Far superior customer service and just good happy people to deal with. I'm happy I sticked with Hobie and sail and ski connection in Myrtle Beach. Far superior in every aspect."
