"I took my son in to try the tiger gymnastic class for 5 year olds. The coach wasn’t welcoming, and continuously called him by the wrong name. She would get upset when he wouldn’t respond to the wrong name. After he corrected her, there was no apology or redirection on her behalf. I saw no positive reinforcement with any of the kids. Definitely not impressed by this place and will not be going back."

"Was interested in having my daughter go here until I found out about the abuse from a coach here. Judging from the website, it looks like Frank Winstead is still working here."

"My daughter really enjoys going there and all the coaches seem really good from what I can tell. The facility is okay and the viewing area for parents could use an update. The area where the girls can put their stuff down is pretty cramped as well and the building itself does not have a great smell."

"First of all My daughter love her Coach so do I, Coach Candy, I've know her since I first introduced my daughter to gymnastics. I really signed my daughter to this place because of Coach Candy. The gyn stinks, costumer service is the main reason I am dropping my daughter from class. They don't offer a more friendly payment methods. They send reminder email for tuition due date, but I was told not to pay using that online online option, which would be much more convinient for me. And during the winter break tried to call to make a payment over the phone and nobody picks up the phone. Asked my husband to make a payment first day after the break the receptionist was rude kept telling him that he was yelling and were applying late fee. Which we would be ok to pay for if I had not tried to call and nobody picked the phone. Which translate to me that the office was closed. So the main reason that we are leaving is due to really bad costumer service."
