"I'm the new guy with D1, just completed my third week. Excellent experience. I train in the 6:30 AM class. The classes are 4-5 people, so there is a lot one of one instruction on form and correct weights. Definitely a five star experience."

Everything about this place is excellent, front office, couches, atmosphere. Couches push kids hard to train, while still keeping the training fun for them. 1 hour passes very fast because of how well each session is planned and carried out. From my observations, not one class is a like, making it very interesting for kids."
