"I'm the new guy with D1, just completed my third week. Excellent experience. I train in the 6:30 AM class. The classes are 4-5 people, so there is a lot one of one instruction on form and correct weights. Definitely a five star experience."

"My son , age 10, has been wanting to go to gym for the past few years, but all gyms had age restrictions of 13years and older. We are so happy we found D1 Training in Indian Land. Everything about this place is excellent, front office, couches, atmosphere. Couches push kids hard to train, while still keeping the training fun for them. 1 hour passes very fast because of how well each session is planned and carried out. From my observations, not one class is a like, making it very interesting for kids."
