"Practice and Facilities are fantastic. Unfortunately, while Dr. Ken certainly knows his stuff, he did not adjust his outgoing demeanor for our noise sensitive dog (and introverted human). It was very off putting for both of us that he was unable to see how we were reacting in his presence and I wanted to leave ASAP. Would still use Vine, but not this veterinarian."

"We struggled to find the vet for urgent care for our 3 yo cat. The reservation went smoothly with the receptionist Shar. She is very helpful and nice. We brought our limping cat for an x-rays appointment. Shockingly the price is reasonable (compared to another vet in the Chapel Hill area) and Oscar received the best treatment ever! The hospital called and informed Oscar had to go through another X-Ray, the hospital only charged us for anesthesia $34. We loved and appreciate how the vet (a young male) explained to us the detail about Oscar and the best action we could take because our cat has a major fracture in the left humorous. We wish the team the very best and thank you for the gentle treatment of our cat."
