"I used to be a member of Bodyplex Blue Ridge in the old location. I stopped going when I moved a little further from town. I joined again a couple months ago and Happy I did. Shane and Stephanie have done a great job setting up the new location. More room and additional equipment. I try to come every other day and Happy to see both Shane and Stephanie at the gym, smiling, helping clients and doing personal training."
