About Us
Pilates of Cashiers is a gym and health institution located in the heart of beautiful Cashiers, North Carolina. We offer one-on-one training tailored to your individual needs and goals using all pieces of apparatus in the studio, including the reformer, cadillac, tower unit, and barrel. Our hands-on instruction ensures you receive a full body workout.
For those with similar physical experience, we also offer group sessions that integrate tower units and reformer for a full body workout with personalized instruction. Additionally, we offer traditional Pilates mat classes using your own body weight to strengthen and tone, with the option to use props like the Pilates circle or ball.
Our Pilates Barre class is a fun and upbeat way to improve posture, balance, strength, and flexibility. Targeting muscles in the core, waist, glutes, and thighs, this full body workout is taught both at the ballet barre and on the mat.
Lastly, our Fascial Release class utilizes golf balls, lacrosse balls, and foam rollers to release tension in the body and improve range of motion.
