"I absolutely love Dr. Fields, and always have a pleasant experience with the clinic staff - *when* I can get an appointment. Getting in here is an exercise in absurdity. If you book an appointment online, they will cancel it with no call and no explanation. If you call up, you get a call center (?) in another country and they have no idea what they are doing and it will get cancelled for being booked wrong. Need a refill? good luck ever getting them to respond to your pharmacy's requests, or your requests via the portal. As much as I love Dr. Fields I will probably be switching offices because of the constant shenanigans. Changing this review to one star as it keeps getting worse. Even got a No Show warning letter for an appointment THEY canceled. Officially giving up :("

"I’ve had one office visit there and it went very well. Dr. Fields and the staff were professional and pleasant. The reason I’m giving one star is because of logistics. Avance Care’s website is terrible and like others have said booking an appointment is a struggle of its own. I booked my first appointment online but the office never received my appointment details, so I had to call, talk to a representative at a call center who would not let me speak with the office’s admin staff, to rebook my appointment. Secondly, I filled out all of the forms before my visit and when I showed up, I learned that they didn’t have my forms, so I had to fill them out again. Who knows where these forms are stored and who has access to them given the level of incompetence of the IT team that designed and maintains the website. This is very concerning because we’re talking about confidential health information. If it wasn’t such a hassle to find a new provider I would not stay with Avance Care. Edit: the phone number provided in Avance Care’s response below is that of the call center I mentioned in my review. I’ve already pointed this out to a representative at this number. I don’t believe that Avance Care takes these negative customer experiences seriously."

"Lucille Tussy is the best! I first went to Advance Care for an urgent visit. I was having problems with an existing wound. She treated me with compassion and was very knowledgeable. She also followed up with me thru the app. It's then I found out they can also be my primary care physician. I've been going there since and I highly recommend it. The ease of making appointments and the care by the staff is great!"
