"After twenty years of working with Nobles Insurance, we moved our insurance to a competitor in December 2019 in order to save nearly $3,000 per year. We cancelled our policy with Nationwide and made our final payment per the online account invoice. Three months later, we received a collections notice for $400. We had never received an email or a mailed invoice indicating we still owed $400. When I emailed Susan Stevens to ask about the notice, she said she had attempted to call me but had never heard back. She and I have exchanged countless emails over the years yet she failed to email me and explain why I still owed $400, she just sent it to a collections agency. Find another insurance company to work with. After twenty years of working with this one, I wasn't even sent a simple email explaining the situation. Imagine how they will be with an actual claim."
