"I wish that I can say that I had a good experience with them but I guess maybe I was calling on the wrong day or maybe my voice was not the voice that they wanted to hear or maybe I just do not understand the culture or the current situation surrounding the animal hospital but I called to ask a question concerning our pet and the person on the phone stopped me in my tracks, asked me had we been there before and told me that she was not going to let me get into all of the details and to call another pet hospital that she named located in Rock Hill because she was not going to be able to see my pet. Hey, I totally understand if places are not taking new patients or just choose not to see certain people but I felt snubbed and I felt like it was kind of rude to be talked to that way however I did not get smart or anything. I thanked the person and quickly hung up the phone. I guess nowadays, we can not expect certain things to be polite or welcoming. I respect everyone’s business so I guess I politely bow out and take my business to a more welcoming clinic that may be accepting new patients. I am sorry if I did something wrong by attempting ask a question over the phone. I will know better next time to see if it is ok to ask any questions to said company from now on. So glad you all have great experiences with this animal hospital/clinic. Best of wishes to them."
