Hatcher's Martial Arts

"My son started going to karate and jujitsu at Hatchers Martial Arts when he was in the 5th grade. We made life-long friendships and he learned about self defense in so many ways! He had the opportunity to meet and train under some well trained leaders. Mr Hatcher really cares about his students too! He would ask how he was doing in school and would ask if everything was okay if my son missed a few sessions. He expects good behavior in the dojo, in school and at home. He doesn't use belt ceremony as entertainment and if they don't earn their belt, they don't get it. But when they do earn their belt, Mr Hatcher seems so proud of them and everyone is excited to share their success. My daughter took some private lessons as well. Her schedule was crazy and he was very flexible. I even took one of his special self defense courses for women! He made it fun and yet we learned alot! I highly recommend this dojo!"

"Brad Hatcher is a born teacher and can work with any pupil, any age. I started studying with him at age 42 and was impressed with Hatcher's Martial Arts from day one. Students progress at their own pace and learn valuable self defense while learning self discipline. Both of my daughters studied at the dojo, as well, and gained confidence along with karate skills. My older daughter and I earned black belts at Hatcher's and she became an instructor there teaching children. I recommend Hatcher's to anyone seeking martial arts instruction, not only because of the skills they will learn, but also because those skills are very effective for self defense."

"My son quickly engaged and enjoyed his first experience with martial arts at Hatcher’s. Unfortunately, lack of professionalism from my perception caused conflict and we were dismissed nearly immediately when the issues were presented to Mr. Hatcher, after he had asked if there was a problem. From my perspective the emotional intelligence piece of the practice is missing from this facility."
