"This school was Hell Literally, Verbal Bullying was Outrageous there. "False Rumors" was made while I was there. Frankly I wish I could rate ZERO Stars! Oh by the way(btw) I still earned my High school Diploma at a different school."
"*ZERO STARS* Since my sister started going there last yr they've proven through lack of following policy, lack of notifications and overall lackluster concern that this school is ran by a bunch of n*$$*r-minded people...meaning they make it REALLY hard to support a majority minority dynamic when they themselves act like they can't do their damn job. Last year, came to see the principal and counselor in regard to my sister's attendance. I asked what is protocol. Principal states someone should call the guardian/parent when absent from school or if missed "x" amount of classes. I said so why hasn't anyone called and I had to wait til I got a letter saying she was absent like 5 times. His excuse: we don't have enough faculty to do that and fulfill daily duties. IF ITS POLICY YOU NEED TO FOLLOW IT, PERIOD! Have student aides call with generic messages stating there's concern for a certain student. Have counselors call at the end of the day but don't say you simply can't so you don't. I also work in an office (gov't) so there's no excuses. Today, I had my mother go to the school for copies of documents I signed when my sister started to show her residency. I left a voicemail and email yesterday, no response. The secretary, Mrs. Terrell, told my mom she didn't even check her mailbox and she doesn't even deal with those types of requests (which has nothing to do w/the price of tea). She also tried to overtalk my mother thinking she requested proof of guardianship (which why would I ask the school for that?). Once my mother called me I heard her reexplain what I needed and THEN she said "Oh I can do that!" and made one copy. I needed two but when asked she really told my mother she only requested one and wouldn't make another...the copier is literally 2 feet away. She never answers her phone and my mother hates how she speaks to people. I haven't had the pleasure because I know it wouldn't happen with me. I need more professionalism and concern for parents and students for me to take this school's faculty seriously. So glad it's my sister's last year!"
"The lady that handles registration, one of the counselors, is extremely rude and the administration doesn't seem to mind. It takes you two days to register a student. No, I am not disappointed and yes my children attend this school. If I could send them somewhere else I would. The administration does respond in a timely manner and the teachers as well. It's just that many of the teachers expect the students to fail and have behavior issues and don't seem to prevent them. My main complaint is the office staff though. That Mrs. Tammy or whatever her name is will have you wanting to give her some choice words before you leave. I guess she feels that she has gone as far as she will go in life so she can be as rude as she wants to be. smh"
"Very proud to say I went here '73 -' 75 and have nothing but fond memories of FPSH. The teachers have changed and even the school looks different but my Panther Pride will never change!!"
"I LOVEEEE THIS PLACE. I'm currently a freshman in FPHS , I feel welcomed by the staff , they're very helpful . The orchestra isn't that great , but the clubs are gReat , I'm currently in DECA And JROTC , which has made my High school experience worth it within the short time I've been here . They have become very strict about certain things which have made us a better school , and they do little things to let us enjoy our high school experience . If you get involved in school then you'll love it too , I guarantee that. Overall , this school has helpful , understanding , and great teachers . As a freshman , I encourage anyone to go here because I am proud of the changes this school has made upon the years ."
