"I wish I could say I was satisfied by the services Chad provided After dropping off both my road bike and my trainer bike for regular work, Chad reached out about a potential rear hub issue with my trainer bike. I agreed for him to proceed with the service and happily collected my bikes after the work was completed. Today was my first trainer bike ride and I noticed hearing unusual noises. The little shriek from my rear hub is no longer detectable and I'm hearing myself huff and puff way more. Am I out of shape? Probably. Is my childhood asthma coming back? Maybe. Am I satisfied with Chad's work? Way more than expected ! "Where to even begin... I should start by saying this is a fantastic shop! You know when you need some adjustments on your bike, and you want to find that shop that isn't just going to skim over the bike, but actually fix it, explain why the issue is happening, tell you ways to prevent the issue. Chad, the shop owner, is very passionate about biking. When you leave his shop, he wants your bike to be running as good as his bike. He treats your bike like his own, and he is a wealth of information. I've had a few small adjustments done by Chad, and everything was perfect. He also did some more heavy work for me, replacing my chain rings, chain, and handlebars. When I picked up my bike, I headed straight for Kitsuma. I have to say, Chad has my bike running smoother than it ever has. This is the bike shop you're looking for! Trust me.
