"Terrible customer service. Very slow claims process. The only time you’ll hear from them is if you’re the one making the call. I had to drive to the office myself to get my claim taken care of, and it wasn’t even by the agent who my claim was assigned to."

"I called them asking for a Quote on insurance for my Car and after giving them all my personal info never heard anything back. Wouldn’t recommend. All I wanted was a quote and couldn’t even get back with me for something so simple."

"This company is horrible. One of their drivers hit my car last month, no one has contact me nor will return my phone call. I have called the so called claims person and left several messages with no call back and also his direct manager. I will be going to the office on Friday."

"I have had the worst time with this company. I need information from them to give to the DMV so that my car that I just bought can be legal, they will not give me the information. they even say that they can not send it to the DMV, when the DMV says that they can send it electronically to them. I can not get any help at all not even from the corporate office. THIS COMPANY SUCKS AND I WILL NOT EVER TELL ANYONE TO USE THEM.... AND BY THE WAY I HAD TO GIVE THEM ONE STAR TO POST THIS."
